Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough’s spat over Lisa Marie’s fortune has been settled. Details revealed…

Lisa Marie Presley’s mother and Elvis’ ex-wife, Priscilla Presley, and Riley Keough, her daughter, have struck an agreement in their legal battle over Lisa Marie Presley’s inheritance.

The singer and Elvis Presley’s lone child died suddenly of a heart attack on January 12, 2023. Unfortunately, the Presley family was divided after Lisa Marie’s unexpected death.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Priscilla filed a petition on January 26 to overturn a 2016 amendment to Lisa Marie’s final will and testament that gave Riley and her deceased brother Benjamin Keough power over the estate.

Priscilla, Elvis’ ex-wife, allegedly challenged Lisa Marie’s signature on the page because it appeared to be unnotarized and contained other errors.
After months of legal wrangling, the grandmother and granddaughter struck an undisclosed settlement deal on May 16. A single candidate is now being considered for the trusteeship of the “Lights Out” singer.

Another step has been taken in resolving the commercial dispute involving singer Lisa Marie Presley. Riley Keough officially took over as the sole trustee of her mother’s estate on June 12 along with the “sub-trusts” of Lisa Marie’s other two children, twins Harper and Finley Lockwood, according to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight.

The attorney for the “Daisy Jones and the Six” actress noted in the petition that she will not get a “trustee fee” from the estate, as Priscilla Presley allegedly would.

Priscilla will still have a limited part in the settlement, which will come from a “one-time” payment from Lisa Marie’s trust as the person in charge of the sub-trust for Lisa Marie’s half-brother, Navarone Garibaldi.
Priscilla told Entertainment Tonight that “the Presley family is stronger than ever” and that the legal problem was behind them after addressing her “request for document interpretation” on Lisa Marie’s trust.

In her statement, she claimed, “I want to make it clear that no lawsuit was ever filed against my beautiful granddaughter, despite the fact that certain media classified such a plea as a lawsuit.” We’re glad we were able to resolve this as a family.

I’m hoping that everyone will allow my family and myself the space we need to grieve Lisa Marie appropriately and be with one another quietly.
