The Australian actress was filming a scene for Bride Hard in the early hours of the morning when she had a “stunt accident.”
She shared a selfie on Instagram of herself with injuries on her face.
“NOT the way I wanted to end this movie!” she exclaimed on Twitter.
“Three stitches and a night in the hospital after a stunt accident at 4 a.m.”
The latest film is being shot in Savannah, Georgia, but there have been no more updates on her health.

Bride Hard is an action comedy in which Wilson plays a secret agent “tasked with one of her most difficult missions yet—being a Maid of Honor for her childhood best friend.”
Simon West, the director of Expendables 2, has high hopes for the project.
“Bride Hard combines action, adventure, and comedy,” he said of the film.
“These are genres that I enjoy combining. I’ve done it before with flicks like Expendables 2 and even Con-Air and Tomb Raider.
“I believe viewers will enjoy this. It works on so many different levels. It’s thrilling, glamorous, has a large ensemble cast, and will undoubtedly be amusing with Rebel Wilson as the lead.”
While many films and television series have been put on hold indefinitely while performers and writers go on strike for fairer pay, Bride Hard has been permitted to continue.

SAG-AFTRA allowed the action comedy to continue filming and developing after it was judged to be an independent production.
The Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists issued a statement claiming they would allow Bride Hard to begin production while the rest of Hollywood remained at a standstill.
“The Interim Agreement gives many of our journeyman performers and crews the opportunity to pay their rent and feed their families,” they stated.
“This strategy keeps our strength, solidarity, and upper hand with the AMPTP until they agree to the deal we deserve.”
“The Interim Agreement does not constitute a waiver.”
“To be clear, it is a contract that includes all terms and conditions for producers interested in hiring our members for their specific independent productions.”
“This Interim Agreement was created for a number of reasons, all of which are aimed at protecting our members’ interests, assisting them in successfully navigating the strike, and demonstrating to the AMPTP that other producers are eager to work with our members under these terms.”
