Robert De Niro’s reaction to Al Pacino’s becoming a dad at 83 is amazing

Robert De Niro, 79, revealed in May that he had become a father for the seventh time. Al Pacino, his “Heat” co-star, is now doing the same.

De Niro told ET Canada’s Brittnee Blair that he had seven children while promoting his new film “About My Father,” adding, “I just had a baby.”

Later that month, TMZ said that Al Pacino, 83, is expecting his fourth child with 29-year-old lover Noor Alfallah, who is eight months pregnant.

De Niro told The Today Show that fatherhood “feels great” and that he has a “certain awareness” of family dynamics and how to cope with them as an older father.

During the conversation, Hoda Kotb commented on how “weird” it was that both Pacino and De Niro were having new babies following a recent survey asking who was sexier, young De Niro or young Pacino. De Niro said that he was “very happy.”

De Niro also mentioned that his new dad-to-be, Pacino, is a couple of years his senior. “God bless him,” remarked the actor, who added that he is “very happy for him.”
