A woman has left social media stunned after revealing her mind-blowing transformation over just four years.
Toxii, a self-proclaimed body modification enthusiast, is now almost completely covered in tattoos, with the upper half of her body entirely blacked out in ink. But that’s just the beginning of her extreme changes.
She has removed her nose, tattooed her eyes and tongue, had horn-like implants inserted into her forehead, and even split her tongue in half.
And in case you’re wondering—yes, she kept the removed body parts in little jars.
In a recent Instagram post, Toxii stunned fans by providing a rare before-and-after photo of her metamorphosis. Her 2019 look was practically unrecognizable, with long blonde hair, soft glam makeup, and no obvious tattoos or changes.

Now, with jet-black hair, extensive ink, and startling body alterations, she fearlessly flaunts her image in small bikinis and loves her new self.
“Because I like to be imperfect, and I think that imperfections make you unique,” she said when questioned about her reason, according to The Mirror.

Toxii, who has almost 160,000 Instagram followers, recently spoke with famous graffiti artist Devon Rodriguez, who questioned her about the most difficult aspect of her transition.
“Did those hurt, the ones in your forehead?” he said, alluding to the horn implants.
“No, not at all,” she answered. “I think that my nose removal was way worse.”

According to her, the healing process took around eight weeks. Rodriguez then asked the obvious question: “Did you keep the nose?”
