Well, look who is returning!

Susan Boyle made her first social media post in over two years, teasing huge bombshell news! The Got Talent veteran celebrates her 64th birthday today, and in an April 1 Instagram video, she proclaimed that she’s “back, definitely” back”—and fans couldn’t be happier.

She’s arrived with news that is absolutely not an April Fool’s hoax. Boyle’s post teases fans with the prospect of revealing many “wonderful new projects” in development!

“Today’s a special day — it’s my birthday!” she said. “But I have something exciting to share…” I’m back and working on some wonderful new projects that I can’t wait to tell you about! ✨I’ve missed you all and hope to share more news soon. Your support means everything to me, and I am more driven and eager than ever.” Love, Susan x.”

What would Boyle be alluding to? Could it be a reference to new music? A return to the Got Talent world? Could there be a rom-com featuring her and Simon Cowell? (We kid.) Anything—and everything—is on the table!

Regardless of what Boyle announces in the future, fans are pleased to have her back on social media. After the artist suffered a stroke in 2022, it seemed likely that we’d never hear Boyle sing again.

Thankfully, that does not appear to be the case.

The lady who became famous on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 has had a difficult few years. She’s been recovering from a massive stroke in 2022, which almost killed her.

The fear led her to lose her voice, but after lengthy rehabilitation and vocal retraining, she is on the mend and ready to bless the world with her heavenly skills once more!

“I’m back.” I’m feeling good and ready to go,” she told the Daily Mail in 2024. “I had a massive stroke and have had to battle my way back. It’s taken me three years, and it’s been difficult—I’m not going to lie — but it has determined me to keep going.”

As fans know, a determined Boyle is the best version of Boyle—the one who can sing any song with ease and perfection!
