Brooklyn Beckham is no stranger to food criticism, whether he’s making spaghetti with a wine cork in the pot or frying chicken in a full bottle of avocado oil.
However, the ambitious chef has one extremely famous buddy on his side: Snoop Dogg.
Snoop Dogg recently spoke with Insider about his new cooperation and sweepstakes with Grubhub. As he revealed more about his bond with David Beckham, the rapper was eager to protect the soccer legend’s oldest son.
“If you doin’ what you’re supposed to be doin’, they’re supposed to hate it; that comes with the territory,” Snoop Dogg was quoted as saying by Insider. “He has great DNA; he has his mama and daddy, so he’ll be fine—and he has an uncle like me to guide him.” Since he was a newborn, I’ve been a part of his life.”

Snoop Dogg described Brooklyn as a “great kid” who chose a different route than his renowned parents.
“I love when kids spin-off from their parents and do things that feel good to them,” Snoop Dogg was quoted as saying. “He doesn’t want to play soccer; he doesn’t want to be a singer; he wants to do his chef thing.”
“That’s what you love to see when a kid becomes their own man or their own woman and can do their own thing and represent what they feel and the spirit of them,” he said. “That’s what I adore about my children. They all attempted to do me at some time, and now they all know how to do them.”
Snoop Dogg and David Beckham have been pals for 30 years, which the rapper attributes to their natural attraction.
“We’ve been friends since the early ’90s,” the rapper said in March to MailOnline. “We have similar interests. We enjoy winning. We enjoy working hard. People adore us because we are family men.”
“We’re naturally attracted to each other,” he said. “We’ve had this friendship for years and years. We’ve only grown as a relationship, brotherhood, and family.”

David has four children: Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 18, and Harper, 12 years old. Snoop Dogg also has four children: Corde, 29, Cordell, 26, Julian, 25, and Cori, 24.
Snoop Dogg’s 2007 program “Father Hood” included David in one episode, and the rapper took him to Roscoe’s, the famed chicken and waffle restaurant in Los Angeles.
“He’s still raving about that shit,” Snoop Dogg said, according to Insider. “He still loves Roscoe’s to this day.”
When he’s not hanging out with David, Snoop sees Martha Stewart, who just made history by becoming the oldest woman to grace the cover of Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue.
“She was thirst-trapping!” Insider spoke with Snoop Dogg about Stewart’s cover-girl incident. “‘Martha, you’re playing games right now—you’re thirst trappin’,” I remarked. “Go, girl.”
