Stranger smashed this note down on their dinner table, shocking the family…

Katie Leach looked forward to leaving the house for a family meal at Texas Roadhouse. The famous restaurant company is noted for its enjoyable atmosphere that appeals to families and other groups.

However, Leach was taken aback when other customers at the restaurant approached her table and scribbled a note about how Leach’s 10-month-old kid had “ruined” their dinner by screaming, yelling, and making a lot of noise.

Unfortunately, the mom revealed that her son had developed a penchant for shouting, which she described as a “new thing” he enjoyed doing.

At ten months old, the child, like any other baby, is starting to vocalize and communicate with his voice.

Leach lives in Nampa, Idaho, believing her town is generally kind and accommodating.

However, the situation at the Texas Roadhouse irritated her, so she took to Facebook to share her story, and her message has already gone viral thousands of times.

“He will yell when I tell him no when he’s super excited and happy, or just for no reason at all,” she added.

I’m doing all I can to teach him an indoor voice and not to shout back at me when I tell him no, etc. But he’s just 10 months old (nearly 11 months) and learning.”

The family was at the Nampa Texas Roadhouse when her infant Drew began shouting intermittently, as had been his new habit. Leach didn’t believe her noisy son affected anyone because the rowdy eatery was busy. She was mistaken.

“He’d been screaming off and on with everyone as they sang happy birthday.” “And when one of the waitresses came up, he’d scream to say hello,” she explained.

“We all tried to calm him down, which he did most of the time, but he was also very excited to be around all the commotion.”

He wasn’t roaring to be rude or angry; he was yelling out of enthusiasm and happiness.”

Halfway through the Leach family’s supper, two guests in “their late 50’s or early 60’s” slapped a letter on the table near infant Drew.

“Thank you for ruining our dinner with your screaming kid,” the scribbled message said. Regards, the table behind you.”

Because the lady was sitting near Leach, the mother approached her and explained that her kid was still young and had no idea what he was doing.

The distressed mother informed Leach that she has grandkids, but none of them were as misbehaving as Drew.

“He’s so young,” she remarked. He scarcely understands anything anymore. He’s starting to understand that when we say no, it means to tone it down, which he was doing.”

Leach feels the diners were impolite and could have handled the matter more effectively.

The restaurant owner concurred. They paid for Leach’s supper and asked the family to return to Texas Roadhouse anytime.

“We’re in the hospitality business,” Travis Doster, a spokesman for Texas Roadhouse, said of the incident. We want all of our visitors to have a positive experience. Consumer Reports named us one of the loudest eateries.

We are happy to be audible. If you want to hear wine glasses and cutlery clinking, this is probably not the place for you.”
