It seems I may have overlooked something, as I previously believed that the actor known for his role in Rocky lived on the East Coast in either New York or Philadelphia. However, Sylvester Stallone has announced a significant change in plans, sharing that he and his wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, will be bidding farewell to California and relocating to Florida.
In an unexpected revelation during the season two premiere of his reality TV show, The Family Stallone, Stallone disclosed the decision to his daughters Scarlet, Sistine, and Sophia over a family dinner. He stated, “After long, hard consideration, your mother and I have decided, time to move on and leave the state of California permanently,” adding, “And, we’re going to Florida, we are going to sell this house.”

Initially met with skepticism from his daughters, Stallone assured them that it was a definite decision, and they had already secured a place in Florida. Jennifer chimed in, explaining that with the children leaving the family home, it’s time for a change.
As Sophia and Sistine, aged 27 and 25, moved to New York City, and Scarlet, aged 21, embarked on her college journey at the University of Miami, the Stallone parents seem ready for a new chapter in a less empty nest.
Jennifer reflected on the move in a confessional interview, stating, “I raised all three of our daughters in California. Everything’s a memory to me, memories of them not being there anymore. So, I needed a big change, and Sly went along with it.”

The Stallone family received a warm welcome from Florida’s First Lady, Casey DeSantis, who said, “Welcome to the Free State of Florida!” Some social media users also greeted Stallone, praising him as an “awesome human being” and extending a neighborly welcome.
The move has sparked various reactions, with some humorously speculating about Stallone taking the famous Rocky statue from Philadelphia to Florida. Overall, the decision to leave California and embrace a new life in Florida has brought about a mix of sentiments among fans and residents.
