When it came time to buy a closet for the newly refurbished dacha, our heroine discovered a true “masterpiece” not far from her home. Some might call it a coincidence, others might call it fate, but she saw it as a message and decided to keep it. Someone had thrown it aside, but she saw its potential and decided to remodel it based on her thoughts.

As strange as it may sound, the closet dates from the 1970s. Back then, furniture was considerably more sturdy and had a greater purpose. First, she rinsed it and lightly scraped the surface with sandpaper, focusing on the ends. She made no alterations because the surface was in good shape.

The next step was to remove the dust and clean the surface with alcohol. She used a roller and applied three coats. The woman painted the cabinet door white, which looked excellent after four coats. It was time to adorn the door using a stencil. The end outcome, of course, surpassed all expectations.
