This little star disappears from Hollywood. Years later, she’s a mother and grandmother…

Many of us grew up watching the TV series Bewitched. If we were old enough, we would have seen it when it initially aired, but even years later, we would still appreciate it as a replay.

That 1960s sitcom, which followed the lives of a married couple, a witch, and a mortal, was quite successful. Another member of the group who was wonderful to see was Tabitha Stevens, a little child star.

Many people didn’t pay much attention to what happened to Tabitha after the program finished, but she reappeared on the scene when she was approximately 60. She is a star, regardless of whether they appear on TV, based on her current state and past experiences.

Television in the 1960s introduced us to numerous personalities. These shows, such as Bewitched, featured hilarious humor and, for the time, impressive visual effects.

At the time, the little girl cast as Tabitha Stevens, the daughter of Elizabeth Montgomery and Agnes Morehead, was only three years old.

Like many other child stars, she had a twin sister, and the two initially shared the role together. Eventually, however, only one female portrayed the role.

She would appear in about 100 episodes and continue with the show until its conclusion in 1972. By then, she claimed to be one of Hollywood’s most well-known child performers.

In addition to working on the show, she appeared in a detergent commercial with Ronald Reagan. Jodie Foster and Helen Hunt were among the other young talents who appeared during that period.

She lived in Hollywood until she was eight years old, after which she returned to her usual life. She would participate in Girl Scout camp, pursue a career as a cheerleader, and only relocate to Los Angeles if she received a job guarantee.

She said, “It wasn’t difficult for me.” I continued to perform and actually turned down jobs. I made a relatively smooth transition away from that. I believe a large part of it is that I walked away from the business before it kicked me out.

She eventually decided to pursue a completely other profession. After marrying Terry Rogers in 1984, she became a mother. They relocated to Arizona, where she lived a life remote from the glamour of Hollywood.

They married and had two boys together, but they divorced after five years. She returned to California at that time to raise her children.

Eventually, she would marry again, this time to Eric Eden. She had a son named Clark with the rock musician, but they divorced in 1998. She returned to California at that time.

She met Darren Dunckel in 1998 and married him barely two months later. They had three kids together, giving her a total of six children.

She commented, “It’s a lot of fun. It’s a wild yet enjoyable existence. People always ask if I’m a Mormon. I only have one sister, and I grew up thinking ‘The Brady Bunch’ was the best show, so I’ve always wanted a large family. However, my ideal family size would have been one boy and one girl. If I had a girl, I might have stopped at three or earlier, but I wouldn’t change anything.

She enjoys being a mother and has no regrets about remaining away from Hollywood to raise her children. She acknowledges that she receives screenplays regularly, but she hasn’t found any compelling enough to put in 12 hours a day.

“I connected with autism charities before Parker was born, and after his diagnosis, it became my primary concern,” she stated. I attend board meetings and volunteer. I speak on various occasions. I think it’s vital to be available to other parents who have questions.”

She has always enjoyed volunteering and loves the opportunity to give back.

As of yet, none of her children are interested in following in her renowned footsteps. We are overjoyed that she has discovered what she enjoys doing, and we would welcome her back if she ever decides to perform again.
