This man constructs a $150 mobile tiny home that he can tow with his bike. Let’s have a look inside! (Video)

The small house trend seems to be here to stay, and many individuals are discovering the advantages of basic living. There are individuals who push things too far, and I believe Paul Elkins falls into that group. Elkins created a little house on wheels. It’s not just little; it’s exceedingly small. He can even pull it on his bike!

Elkins used to work for Boeing, but now he designs miniature buildings linked with mobility, such as microboats, teepees, and pedal-powered vehicles. Every one of his ideas is waterproof, lightweight, and portable. The small house he made is known as a mini mobile home, and it is propelled by 20-inch bicycle wheels.

Everything is included, including a little bed, a small kitchen area, insulation, several drawers and shelves, and even a stove and sink! The cost was merely $150. There are also plans for DIY boats, teepees, dog shelters, and even a bike cart. According to his website, the guide provides everything you need to create one yourself, including images, sketches, and written directions.

A conduit blender, as well as some basic hand tools and a drill, are needed. A filmmaker named Kirsten Dirksen paid Elkin a visit at his home in Washington. She sat down with him for an interview for the Tiny House Design website. “His work is inspiring because he pushes minimalism to its logical conclusion,” remarked Dirksen.

“His tiny structures are not only lightweight, weatherproof, and portable, but they are also functional and include all of the necessities.” From the perspective of tiny home design, his work is an extreme example that sets the benchmark for modest and unconventional thinking.” On his YouTube channel, you can discover more about Elkin’s lifestyle and enjoy a virtual tour of his nomad bicycle camper.
