Tiffany Haddish, a comedic actress, has been arrested.
Haddish was handcuffed and placed in the back of a police vehicle after being spotted sleeping behind the wheel of her car, according to TMZ.
She is now being charged with DUI.
According to TMZ, at 5:45 a.m., 911 got a call from a bystander reporting a car stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive. According to reports, Haddish was in the driver’s seat, slumped over the wheel, while her car was still running.
Haddish was not arrested after being ticketed for driving under the influence but was released hours later.
Haddish allegedly performed at The Laugh Factory only hours before her arrest on Thursday night. Unfortunately, Haddish has been charged with DUI before.

Similarly, cops allegedly got a report of a driver dozing off behind the wheel. The caller described the automobile and said he saw it drive into a neighborhood at 4 a.m. on January 14.
Tiffany Haddish, according to the police, used marijuana before getting behind the wheel. Haddish was released from police custody just a few hours later after posting the $1,666 bail.
