Users react to a video showing Heidi Klum and Nikki Glaser ripping off Benson Boone’s clothes

Netizens are praising Benson Boone after witnessing him perform at this year’s Grammys, when Heidi Klum and Nikki Glaser removed a portion of his clothing.

Benson Boone made his Grammy Awards début on February 2, 2025, with a Best New Artist performance medley. The performance had an unexpected twist featuring supermodel Heidi Klum and acclaimed comedian Nikki Glaser. An attendee filmed the scene and uploaded it online, eliciting a flood of appreciation from supporters.

In Haley Kalil’s Instagram video, the singer-songwriter is seen serenading the crowd in a traditional suit and bowtie before Klum and Glaser come up from their seats behind him and remove the suit jacket.

The couple took off the jacket, revealing a light-blue, transparent, skin-tight jumpsuit that highlighted the artist’s muscular chest. Boone finished the job by tearing his suit pants down before taking the stage to resume singing.

The singer lit up the stage as he sang out the words to his smash song “Beautiful Things,” flipping and somersaulting across the platform and shouting into the microphone with intensity.

Social media users who viewed the film flooded the comment sections with congratulations. “He [sic] was the best performance tonight for sure!!! ,” remarked one admirer, while another mused, “Okay… just wow .” A similarly pleased admirer commented, “How iconic.”

Another individual said, “His moves during this performance were EPIC.” “The next Freddy [sic] Mercury” proclaimed one fan, while another swooned, “Outstanding.”

Before his scintillating performance, Boone told People magazine how pleased he was to display his abilities.

“I’m doing pretty well. As you can tell, my body is full of energy right now. This is quite unusual for me. There are a lot of cool folks here. “I’m very excited to perform,” said the young star.

This year’s Grammys were especially memorable for Boone because, in addition to singing for the first time, he won his first Grammy nomination for Best New Artist for his album “Fireworks & Rollerblades.”

During his interview with the media source, Boone was also asked about his artistic career and how he got started in music, which led to this momentous event.

“About four and a half to five years ago, I learned I could sing. Since then, I’ve been doing it every day. It’s like my greatest love, and I’m just glad I can make a life off of it [sic],” admitted the “Sugar Sweet” singer.

At another point during the 67th Grammy Awards, Boone spoke with Billboard. After the interviewer asked him about his ability to perform backflips, the young musician responded with the same amount of passion he had while speaking with People.

In response to a query about how long it took Boone to master backflips, including those he does from pianos to stages, he said, “You know what? It was really just one shot.” It was during a concert, and I hadn’t really practiced it beforehand; I’m not much of a rehearser, so I went for it, and it went great.”

He added, “But I will say, when you’re on stage, when you have a crowd that’s just screaming at everything you do, you can’t really feel like you fail, so I just went for it, and luckily it went well, so I kept doing it.”

During the red carpet interview, they also discussed his vocal range on “Beautiful Things.” “I want everyone to know I can sing. And, certainly, shouting is a different thing, but I value strong vocals, want to have good vocals, and want to put on a nice performance for people when I play live,” Boone explained.

The singer also discussed his musical influences, including ABBA, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, and Queen, as well as his own style, saying, “I just try to wear something crazy every night.”

At the event, Boone spoke with Extra TV about his feelings upon learning he had received a Grammy nomination.

The “Before You” artist expressed his joy at receiving the news, saying, “It’s like getting your favorite present on Christmas when you’re six; it’s just the coolest thing, and I really am just grateful to be here.”

Boone then talked about his impending performance, noting that he was most anxious for spectators to see his attire.

Following this, the interviewer asked Boone who he was excited to meet at the awards presentation, to which he replied, “Oh, that’s a good question.” Bruno Mars, Dua Lipa, and Troye Sivan are just a few names that come to mind.”
