Wynonna Judd has responded to fans who expressed their concerns about the country singer’s health in the comments section on Wednesday night.
Judd, 59, and Jelly Roll, 38, opened the CMA Awards by performing “Need a Favor.” Judd was spotted holding a jelly roll during the opening sequence.
Many people expressed concern over Judd’s health after seeing the scene.
Following the concert, Judd posted a video on her social media platforms to address her followers’ worries.

In the tape, Judd admits to reading the remarks before saying, “I’m just going to come clean with y’all.”
“I was so freaking nervous.”
When Jelly Roll invited Judd to begin the performance with him, she was overjoyed, but her nerves took over.
“I went out there, and I was so frightened that I just hung on for dear life. And that is the bottom line.”
After her performance, she spoke with ET about her choice to accept Jelly Roll’s invitation to join him onstage.
“I have to show up for people like they did for me,” Judd told ET. “That’s my job now: to pass it on because people have been so generous with me, and now it’s my turn to be generous with people like Jelly Roll, and that’s what I’m doing.”
We’re relieved to learn that Wynonna Judd is well. She’s had a dreadful two years.
Let us hope that 2024 will be better than the past few years.
