28-year-old hottie took the stage, and the moment the music for ‘I’m Feeling Good’ began, the audience erupted. His pole-dancing routine was a perfect combination of raw strength, grace, and captivating charisma, leaving the judges absolutely perplexed!

We’ve seen a number of pole dancing performances on the Got Talent programs, but this is the only one I recall with an attractive male as the lead.

Pole dancing dates back centuries, to around 500 BC. Pole dancing was a ritual of deity and goddess worship in ancient Greece. During the Ming Dynasty in China, pole dancing was a common way to stay in shape and have fun. Pole dancing was popular at circuses and carnivals in the 1800s, with artists demonstrating their power and acrobatics with the pole. Pole dancing was popular in burlesque and vaudeville acts throughout the early twentieth century.

Pole dancing is becoming a popular type of fitness and dance, suitable for both workout and performance. And in this case, it’s a type of entertainment—and at least three of the Britain’s Got Talent judges are entertained.

Saulo Sarmiento, 28, from the Canary Islands, says he “wants to show the whole of England what I can do.” To the tune of “I’m Feeling Good,” Saulo delivers a daring, fast-paced aerial pole dance that is fiery in ways apart from his appearance.

His spectacular acrobatics and gymnastic feats had the audience roaring and receiving a standing ovation from all four judges. You’ll certainly want to watch the video below, and please leave us a Facebook comment with your thoughts!
