Let’s face it, we’ve all been there during high school: scrambling to complete an assignment that we’ve left untouched until the very last day. We’d ramble on the pages just enough to present something to our teachers. However, not everyone procrastinated. Some students went the extra mile, putting in additional work just to stand out.
Take, for instance, the student who recently went viral for his assignment. I must admit, I find it hard to relate to such a level of creativity. His history teacher tasked him with an exciting project: to impersonate a celebrity from his favorite decade. Reflecting on it, I realize we never had such interactive assignments back in my day.

Nevertheless, the student decided to embody Paul McCartney. With a beautiful voice and gentle piano tune, he performed a rendition of “Let It Be” by the Beatles. But that wasn’t the end of his plan. He surprised everyone by inviting his teacher onto the stage, expressing his desire to serenade her. I had expected him to sing another musical number, and technically I was right, but the teen had a clever twist. He serenaded his teacher with improvised lyrics to “Hey Jude.”
Even at such a young age, the student displayed remarkable talent, not only in singing but also in coming up with out-of-the-box ideas. He truly exhibited gentlemanly behavior, wouldn’t you agree? Go ahead, hit play, and enjoy the hilarious yet thoughtful lyrics.
