Maria Menounos adores motherhood.
The Heal Squad podcast presenter, 45, honored her 3-month-old daughter Athena’s birthday with an Instagram image over the weekend, showcasing the baby’s face for the first time.
“I’m three months old today!” “Kev and I wanted to keep her little face off social media, but no one ever saw her smile because she was too young when we shot the magazine cover,” she wrote.
“Anyway, while she’s still young, I figured I’d get this one post out because she lights up our day every day, and I hope she can do the same for yours!” We adore her so intensely that we could burst!”

On Monday’s edition of Heal Squad, the new parent discussed her decision to publish the adorable photo on social media.
“I posted for the first time so that everyone can see her face,” Menounos explains, adding that she and husband Keven Undergaro had previously considered not sharing her.
“That image of the three of us that I shared happened. ‘Oh my gosh, she’s owning us,’ I think. She’s in the center, one hand on your chin and the other on mine. “It just happened to be perfect,” she said.
“She’s 212 months old in that photo.” “The fact that she’s smiling with us and looking up at the camera added up,” Undergaro explained.
Menounos, though, says she would not divulge her information until a “life-changing situation” arose. “I’m going to try really hard not to, for her sake.”
During a July broadcast of Live with Kelly and Mark, the TV star announced that Athena was one month old and informed co-host Mark Counselos, 52, how she chose her name.
“It’s funny because when I told Kevin I was pregnant, I was already calling her Athena in that video.” “I had no idea,” she said to Consuelos. “[Athena is] the goddess of war, wisdom, courage, strength, and all those wonderful things.”
“Alexandra, her middle name, means defender of humanity.” I didn’t put all of that together, so it’s a little weird.”
