A video of Ben Affleck and his wife, Jennifer Lopez, is going viral, adding to the belief that the actor is usually cranky.
The celebrity news and video website The Hollywood Fix initially posted the film on May 10. Affleck and Lopez were seen strolling towards a car, with Affleck opening the door for Lopez. When she got in, Affleck appeared to softly slam the door shut with the swing of his arm, and as he moved around to his side of the car, he appeared to glare at the paparazzi cameraman.
The film, headlined “Ben Affleck Slams The Car Door In Jennifer Lopez’s Face While Out Running Errands In A Bad Mood,” was uploaded to the outlet’s YouTube page.
TikTok and Twitter users have subsequently reuploaded the video to their own networks, where it has gone viral and gained millions of views.

Several of these fans have theorized that the brief footage is a sign of the couple’s relationship, adding to the continuing speculations about their marriage that have survived online despite countless positive words made by both celebrities about it.
Others have claimed that the video demonstrates Affleck’s aversion to being pursued by photographers.
“All he wants is some privacy and to be treated as a normal human being.” “Why can’t people just say hello and have a nice day without a camera and microphone on their face?” one person said beneath a version of the clip that has 29 million views on Twitter.
Many people have pointed out that Affleck’s facial expressions have already gone viral, creating memes from images and videos of him looking upset. In 2016, a paparazzi image of him smoking and scowling became a popular meme for people to use to express exhaustion and boredom.

The now-viral clip of Affleck and Lopez appears to have become the latest Affleck-related meme, with users comparing themselves to their perception of him in the clip, referring to him as a “mood”—an internet slang term used to refer to a relatable person or action — and saying they identify with his seemingly constant grumpiness.
Though internet rumors believe that Affleck is usually melancholy, the actor claimed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in March that it is a “common misconception” that he is always sad at events because he has a “very unhappy-looking resting face.”
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times last year, the actor also addressed a widely famous meme of his face from a 2016 press junket known as “Sad Affleck,” saying he found it “funny” but was concerned about how it would affect his children.
“I mean, nobody hasn’t felt that way at a junket.” But then my kids see it, and I wonder, ‘Oh, are they going to believe their dad is inherently unhappy, or do they have to worry about me?’ That is really difficult.”

Affleck has been acting professionally since he was a youngster, and he rose to prominence with the publication of “Good Will Hunting” in 1997, which he co-wrote and starred in with Matt Damon. His most recent film performance was in the historical sports movie “Air,” in which he played Phil Knight, the CEO of shoe firm Nike during its years of struggling for relevance in the basketball world before striking a deal with Michael Jordan over his now-bestselling Air Jordan sneakers.
Affleck married fellow actress Jennifer Garner in 2005, and the pair have three children. They separated in 2018, and Affleck married Lopez in July 2022, after first dating her in the early 2000s and appearing in the 2001 comedy “Gigli.”
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s representatives did not immediately reply to Insider’s request for comment.
