For many years, Karolina Protsenko has captured the hearts of Los Angeles pedestrians and Internet users all around the world.
Karolina appeared to be a natural violinist from birth. She began playing when she was six years old, and she now has her CD with some of her most memorable melodies. This California native has also collaborated with other really brilliant artists, like saxophonist Daniele Vitale, with whom she performed Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.”
However, one of her most passionate and vivid street performances was with her mother. Karolina played the violin while her mother played the piano. They did a lovely version of the song “River Flows in You.”

The violin’s apparent control of Karolina is stunning, especially with the beautiful piano music in the background.
This mother and daughter’s performance is leaving us in awe, and it seems we’re not alone: This video of their mini-concert has received over 4 million views, and counting!
