An amazing children’s choir performs “You Raise Me Up” and it’s absolutely amazing and powerful… But see what happened to one of them…

You might get chills when you hear a truly exceptional performer for the first time.

Because of the remarkable style in which they perform, this group of young children never fails to send chills down my spine whenever they sing.

Having said that, their rendition of Josh Groban’s song “You Lift Me Up” is nothing short of fantastic.

The choir has a lovely sound, and one can sense the members’ enthusiasm through their performance.

Throughout the years, the song has been covered on numerous occasions, with Josh Groban’s operatic rendition being the one that has received the most attention.

Westlife’s interpretation comes to mind first for us, but other artists who come to mind are Susan Boyle and Il Divo.

This is clearly on par with the finest, and it’s possible that it’s even better than the original!

The children are incredible. In addition to that, the lyrics have a very positive and motivational vibe to them.

The message is just as relevant today as it was back in 2003.

Check it out for yourself:

“When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence
Until you come and sit awhile with me

“You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be

“There is no life – no life without its hunger
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly
But when you come and I am filled with wonder
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity

“You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be

“You raise me up to more than I can be…”

It is very easy to comprehend and appreciate the meaning of the songs when they are performed by the children who are a part of the Color Choir.
