Arnold Schwarzenegger is filming his recovery from open-heart surgery

There is no doubt that the Terminator actor is one of the most iconic in cinema history and is beloved by millions of people worldwide.

As a result of Schwarzenegger’s numerous heart operations in recent years, many fans have gotten concerned.

The most recent crisis occurred in 2018, when Schwarzenegger needed emergency heart surgery, which almost ended tragically.

The actor was brought to Cedars-Sinai Hospital for a catheter valve replacement, which was relatively experimental at the time, according to TMZ.

Unfortunately, the Terminator actor experienced problems as a result of the procedure, despite physicians’ best efforts to replace the catheter valve.

Thankfully, Schwarzenegger fully recovered from the problems and took to Twitter just days later to ensure he was well.

In 2018, he stated on X (previously Twitter): “It’s true: I’m back! I went to bed anticipating a minor incision and awoke with a large one, but guess what? I awoke, which is something to be glad for. Thank you very much to the physicians and nurses. And I’m sincerely grateful for all of the lovely messages.”

Daniel Ketchell, Schwarzenegger’s agent at the time, made a statement on X announcing the successful installation of a replacement pulmonic valve.

Schwarzenegger hasn’t said much about his journey to recovery since then, though he has just opened up membership in his health and exercise organization, Arnold’s Pump Club.

The iconic actor recalled the moment he awoke and physicians informed him of the procedure, labeling the entire ordeal a “disaster.”

For starters, Arnie informed followers on Monday that he needed to shift gears to get out of the hospital.

He talked of taking modest steps (literally) to stroll around the hospital before inviting a few pals to his bedside to “fire him up.”

Schwarzenegger began Terminator 6 just three months after his operation, so he was back on the training regimen in record time.

Arnie described how he achieved it: “I had a positive attitude.” I had a plan for how I was going to get there. And a support system, since none of this is something we can do on our own.”

Arnie, you are very exceptional!
