After the birth of their twins the previous year, Ashley Graham announced that her husband, Justin Ervin, had a vasectomy.

In the year 2020, they became parents for the first time to a boy named Isaac Menelik Giovanni. When another year passed, Graham finally gave birth to her twin boys, Malachi and Roman, who are now 14 months old.
