Things are taking an unusual turn in the entertainment industry after an attorney filed a lawsuit against two celebrities she claims pursued her for movie ideas.
A New York attorney has accused Ben Affleck and Matt Damon of following and harassing her by wiretapping her house in order to utilize facts from her life in films.
According to court records acquired by DailyMail.com, Affleck and Damon are accused of wiretapping the woman’s home and hacking her electronics, leaving her fearful of being raped or kidnapped.
Additionally, it claims that the infamous Harvey Weinstein used her real name and life experiences in his films as well as in SNL jokes.

In this complaint, the victim claimed that she was an ‘unwitting participant’ in the actors’ simulation and accused individuals close to the duo of being engaged as well.
The claim also names Affleck’s brother, Jennifer Lopez, Kevin Smith, Ryan Seacrest, and Weinstein.
Due to the alleged similarities between her life and characters on screen, the woman has also filed a lawsuit against Dimension Films, Disney, Lionsgate, Warner Bros., and Paramount Pictures, accusing the studios of being negligent in allowing Affleck and Damon’s alleged actions to occur.
The attorney further says that characters in these flicks wore or had possessions that were identical to hers or mirrored her dislikes or loves, such as her music preference and a nearby KFC.

Concerning the alleged stalking allegations, the lady said that she saw Affleck multiple times between 2001 and 2003 and that he had been following her.
The attorney went on to describe how many times she claimed to have seen Damon and Affleck near her or outside of the buildings she was in.

Though her previous complaint was rejected earlier this year, she has updated her accusations in the New York petition and is still seeking unspecified compensation for purported mental suffering.
UNILAD has contacted Affleck, Damon, JLO, Smith, and Seacrest’s representatives, as well as Dimension Films, Disney, Lionsgate, Warner Bros., and Paramount Pictures.
