Body language expert discusses what Trump’s victory speech reveals about his potential administration…

A body language expert has revealed her opinions on what Donald Trump’s 2024 election victory speech means for his impending tenure in office.

Trump confidently announced his victory at the Florida Convention Center as voting day (November 5) came to a conclusion, being a few votes shy of the 270 required to secure the 2024 presidential election.

The Republican nominee didn’t officially declare himself President-Elect until the early hours of November 6, after a predicted victory in Wisconsin, a crucial state, gave him an extra 10 votes and helped him overcome the threshold. With Trump now officially on track to become the 47th president, body language expert Judi James has taken a closer look at his victory speech and broken down what it tells us about his second term as president.

Speaking with Paddy Power Games, James explained: “Trump’s act of self-coronation revealed several very telling nonverbal and behavioral traits that could hint about his style during his second term as president.” The boasting and pompous posturing that were so obvious during his first tenure persisted, but considerably less so than before.”

The address lasted around 25 minutes and began with Trump approaching the hallway with his family members. James highlighted how the President-Elect watched his loved ones with a ‘beaming smile’, saying: “His body language message here is about his dynasty but also about the projection of a warmer, family man that was first glimpsed on stage just after his attempted assassination.”During his last election, he delivered a speech at a Silverback Alpha Entrepreneur event. This time, he comes across as a loving leader of a line of succession.”

Towards the end of the address, James reported that Trump did execute some small ‘dancing steps’ to his famous ‘YMCA’ music, but this quickly ended as he exited the stage. This action suggested to James that Trump is pursuing a more historic presidential brand.
He is a leader who ‘takes the job seriously’. Even backstage, James feels that Trump was maintaining appearances, characterizing him as a “solitary and sober-looking guy.”

Observing his “sombre facial expression” and his chain “raised in an expression of intellectual appraisal,” the body language expert stated: “Trump wanted to let us know he wasn’t joking, dad-dancing, peacocking, or showboating backstage.” His message conveyed that he is a more reasonable and strong individual who takes his job and obligations seriously. During his address, Trump promised that his victory would “help the country heal.”

“We’re going to fix everything about our country,” he promised.
