This is what time has done to the iconic 1980s stars that broke millions of hearts back then! This post contains photos that demonstrate how these movie legends have evolved!
The renowned and attractive actresses whose photographs you will soon see below were the major bombshells in the 1980s owing to their enormous popularity among men and extraordinary charisma that no one could resist.
The fact that the films in which they featured were successful, capturing millions of spectators throughout the world, was due in part to the outstanding involvement of these superstars, who brought each and every character to life.
Many people have been wondering how these hotties have evolved with the passage of time. Some continue to win hearts as eternal legends, while others don’t look like themselves at all, embracing natural aging.
Brooke Shields has been a Hollywood fixture since the 1970s. We’ve watched her grow to fame as a child performer, feature in big modeling campaigns, and even graduate from an Ivy League university throughout the years.
Brooke, the daughter of a New York City actress and socialite, was born into the spotlight and made her modeling debut at the age of 11 months. Her breakthrough performance in 1978’s Pretty Baby, however, catapulted her to prominence and critical praise.

Brooke became the youngest person to appear on the cover of Vogue magazine at the age of 14 in 1980 and went on to participate in a contentious Calvin Klein ad. “You want to know what comes between me and my Calvins?” said the slogan. Nothing.” She also appeared in The Blue Lagoon and Endless Love throughout the 1980s, but she declared a break from acting in 193 to finish her bachelor’s degree in Romance Languages at Princeton University.
Brooke later returned to the industry, this time on television. From 1996 to 2000, she appeared in NBC’s Suddenly Susan, for which she received two Golden Globe nominations. Brooke later appeared as a recurrent character on Law & Order: SVU. Mariska Hargitay, the show’s lead, told HL in 2017 that she approached Brooke after watching her in an episode of Nightcap. “She said on that day, ‘We’ve got this storyline, and not only do I want to direct you, but there is so much more to you than we’ve had a chance to see.'”
Along with acting, Brooke has continued to feature in modeling campaigns, and she said in 2018 that she was in a body-positive swimsuit bikini advertisement. “Growing up under such scrutiny led to me feeling insecure about my looks,” Brooke explained at the time. “It took me years to separate the opinions of others from my own because I felt disconnected from my own body.”
Through my career, my hobbies, my network of strong female role models, and my parenthood journey, I was able to gain confidence in myself over time. At 52, I finally feel at ease and pleased with all the hard work I’ve put into my physique. I can say that I am comfortable in my own flesh, revealing my body rather than hiding it.”
She collaborated with Swimsuits For All to launch the size-inclusive Power Suit campaign, which encouraged women of all ages and sizes to strut their thing in fashionable bikinis. Scroll through our gallery above to see more photos of Brooke and some of her career highlights!
