Brooklyn Beckham recently discussed how he bonded with his father, David, despite missing Beckham Sr.’s 50th birthday celebration.
For anyone who wants to feel obscenely old, the guy whose right foot was a godsend for England on the football pitch recently turned 50, despite his eldest kid not being present.
Many prominent people attended David’s birthday, including former colleagues, actor Tom Cruise, and chef Gordon Ramsay, but Brooklyn was not present.
Apparently, he had informed his family ahead of time that he would not be present, and David later sent a message to his son via social media saying, ‘you were missed’ during a camping and fishing vacation in Scotland as part of his festivities.

According to TMZ, Brooklyn missed the party because his wife, Nicola Peltz, did not want to attend parties where Romeo Beckham’s girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, was present.
Whatever the case, Brooklyn was unable to attend his father’s 50th birthday party, leaving Romeo to deliver a speech that is believed to have gone down well with the attendees.
However, Brooklyn recently spoke fondly of his father during a racing event.
The Beckhams’ eldest kid attended a Formula E two-day racing event with Times journalist Phoebe Luckhurst.
He informed her about his ‘passion for racing’ at the event, when celebrities and influencers got to drive Formula E vehicles around a Miami circuit.
MrBeast (actual name Jimmy Donaldson) appears to be a skilled driver, since he wrecked on the second day of the tournament.

Brooklyn also acknowledged that his passion for vehicles began at a very early age, explaining, “It’s something my father and I connected over.” My father had some really fantastic vehicles.
He wasn’t sure whether his family had been tracking his driving, but he was confident’ they’d see it on Instagram.
Brooklyn didn’t say much about his father during the ceremony, other than to remark that he and Beckham Sr. connected over automobiles, but his helmet design pays respect to the England star.
It has the number 237 on it, which he describes as his ‘lucky numbers’ and corresponds to the shirt numbers David wore during his football career.
Beckham Sr. proved himself worthy of the number 7 shirt for Manchester United and wore it for England, while at Real Madrid he donned the number 23 in honor of Michael Jordan.
