Many people may be shocked to learn that Cameron Diaz disobeys a fundamental human hygiene law, but she has excellent cause.
The 51-year-old has made numerous outstanding cinematic appearances throughout the years, making him one of Hollywood’s most recognizable faces.
Despite being most known for her roles in films such as Gambit, Sex Tape, and Annie, she has recently stepped back from the spotlight.
In the past, Diaz has discussed her skincare regimen and disclosed the one fundamental hygiene guideline that she chooses to disobey.
In 2022, Diaz revealed to Michelle Visage in her BBC Rule Breakers podcast that she was relishing her new life away from the spotlight.

“I’m crazy about the previous eight years, gal. I feel like a beast, like a wild animal,” she jokingly said.
The actress previously endured “all the exploitation and objectification that women are subject to in society,” especially in Hollywood.
Diaz claimed it was “hard not to look at yourself and judge yourself against other markers of beauty.” since she was always comparing herself to other people.
Additionally, Diaz made the decision to give up on antiquated beauty ideals in 2022 in favor of being more at ease with her own skin.
That even includes not washing her face.
I am a complete non-actor. I prefer not to wash my face,” the Hollywood star disclosed. If I’m lucky, I’ll think to myself, ‘Oh, I best put this on,’ twice a month. It works once, right? Is that all I need to accomplish? Simply put, I’m not where I’m putting my efforts right now.”

The Holiday actress remembered applying makeup daily while sitting in front of a mirror, referring to the experience as “poison”.
“You simply begin to criticize yourself,” Diaz said. “You ask yourself, ‘Why am I sitting here being so cruel to myself?'” “My body is capable and strong. Why am I going to talk it down? Since it has seemingly brought me this far, why am I going to treat it badly?”
Diaz genuinely ‘doesn’t care’ how she looks these days, indicating that she has finally moved past those harmful beauty standards.
“I don’t give a damn. My appearance is literally the last thing I consider on a daily basis—possibly not even during the day,” the woman remarked.
