The 77-year-old American actor Jaclyn Smith is best known for playing Kelly Garrett, one of the original “Charlie’s Angels.” She is a loving mother to Gaston and Spencer Richmond. Smith and her ex-husband, Cinematographer Anthony Richmond, raise their children together.
Smith is a very loving mom to her two kids, whom she loves very much, on top of having a successful job. Smith brags about her kids and sometimes posts pictures of them, but she usually keeps her family life private and out of the public eye.
Even though Smith was facing a major health problem when she was told she had cancer, she never stopped caring about her children. In fact, in a past interview, the “Bridal Wave” star said that when her doctor told her she had cancer, the first thing she thought about was her children.
“There comes a time when you stop everything and think, ‘Wow, I have two kids.’ My first thought was, “Will I be here for my children?” And my doctor told me, “You’ll be here 98% of the time, so don’t worry. We got it early.’ ”
Smith beat cancer and got her health back, which is a good thing. Family is everything to the actor. Even as her kids got older, Smith still put her family first, and their close bonds are still strong to this day. Whether it’s having dinner together every week or working in the garden to relieve stress, Smith makes a big effort to spend a lot of time with her kids.

Smith is not only a great mom, but she also loves her grandchildren very much. On April 25, she became a grandmother for the third time when her son’s second child, who has the same name as her grandmother, Wren Jaclyn Richmond, was born. Smith was very clear about Bea, the child of his daughter, Olivia Rose, and Wren.
“It’s the best thing that’s happened to me… It’s like your heart needs an extra chamber. In a lot of ways, that keeps you grounded because you look outside of yourself. You’d do anything for them, you know.”

A few months after Smith’s daughter, Wren, was born, Richmond and Bonnie, his girlfriend, got married in a beautiful ceremony. Mama Bear Smith posted a number of pictures and videos of the happy event on Instagram to show how happy she was about it.
