Megan Thee Stallion, a San Antonio native, accompanied the one and only Beyoncé (who also happens to be an H-Town native) on her industry-shifting Renaissance Tour in Houston, Texas, on the evenings of September 23 and 24. For the first time, the duo played a remixed version of Megan’s viral hit, Savage, which nearly elicited a room-shaking shout from the audience.
Beyoncé synchronized her nails with her spectacular clothing shift from all silver everything to an army print ‘fit to match Megan. Both shows were stunningly detailed and extra-long, with a touch of chromatic silver to fit the tour’s disco ball-inspired feel.
Coca Michelle, a daring nail technician who has previously worked with celebrities like Cardi B, Bad Bunny, and Christina Aguilera, crafted both Bey and Meg’s Renaissance nails.
Michelle designed XXL chrome stiletto press-ons to glue onto gloves with the “Cuff It” singer’s shorter nails hidden behind sparkling gloves. On top, the couple used a mirror-like silver lacquer color that was accentuated with silver stones put in the center of each nail. Each hand has a beautiful black finish on the bottom that is capped with finely carved letters that say “unique.”

Michelle chose the ultra-long, lipstick-shaped French nails that have become synonymous with Megan. The gradient French tip complements Queen Bey’s silver attitude, with the base tint a shade of olive green that matches the Bongos rapper’s attire. The entire nail has an on-trend chromatic finish, which adds a lot of shine.

ICYWW, chrome nails in all colors are currently popular. While celebrities have access to some of the industry’s best manicurists, an expert recently informed Bustle about three alternative ways to replicate the multicolored effect at home.
