Contestant, who flew from South Korea to the United Kingdom to demonstrate his breathtaking magic skills on the BGT stage, suffered a terrible fall, but this was no trick!

One auditionee fell off the stage in front of the live audience on Britain’s Got Talent, giving the judges quite a scare.

It’s hardly the first time BGT has seen a performer fall—trips and falls are frequently staged to keep the audience on their toes.

However, the hopeful’s spectacular collapse this time was unexpected.

Manho Han, a 33-year-old magician, went from South Korea to show off his skills to Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and guest judge KSI as the auditions were broadcast for the last time this year.

As his performance began, he proved himself to be a master of fast shift, holding up magazines with photographs of various accessories that he subsequently incorporated into his own attire.

At one point, he took some new shoes from a box and held them in the air.

As he did so, he got a bit too near to the edge and fell to the floor, falling into the camera.

The cinema was filled with gasps, and Alesha was obviously terrified as her jaw dropped wide.

Amanda stood from her seat immediately as KSI said, ‘I can’t believe that just occurred.’

‘Are you okay?’ Alesha said as the auditionee climbed back up.

‘I feel quite awful for him now,’ she continued.

Fortunately, Manho was able to complete his performance without any additional complications, appearing to have won over the crowd with his resilience.

While watching from home, spectators were surprised to learn that Manho’s fall was not part of his act.

‘His attention to detail was lacking. He fell off the stage!” @GazWallace402 wrote about the magician.

‘Oh, dear. This magician was doing well until he fell off stage,’ groaned @Gm4nHere.

‘I wonder whether he planned to tumble off the stage to change his shoes. Either way, no one ran to aid him!’ wrote @humbug83, asking whether it was a ruse disguised as a calamity.

When Manho stood up, he was still wearing the same shoes he had begun with.
