Tallulah Willis, the daughter of Demi Moore, is quickly dispelling rumors that the Golden Globes winner has ignored Kylie Jenner.
Similar to the overanalysis, dramatization, and exaggeration of Jodie Foster and Nicole Kidman’s conversation during the 82nd Awards ceremony, some social media users misdirected their attention towards Demi Moore’s evening.
Others were more concerned with Moore’s apparent relationship, or lack thereof, with Kylie Jenner, rather than being focused on her spectacular triumph for her performance in The Substance, which marked her first award in 45 years in the profession.
Moore was caught on camera heading into the audience after accepting her award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy and approaching a table occupied by Elle Fanning, Jenner, and Timothée Chalamet.
Some social media users scrutinized the clip and saw that Moore appeared to address individuals on either side of Jenner but not the Kardashian-Jenner family member herself, prompting some viewers to wonder if Moore had ‘ignored’ the reality star.
Fortunately, Tallulah, the youngest daughter of the star and her ex-husband Bruce Willis, has taken to Instagram to silence any gossip.
Tallulah posted a message and an item on her Instagram story that questioned whether Moore had snubbed Jenner.
“Hello everyone, but really, press, I’m addressing this issue immediately,” she wrote. We spent New Year’s with Elle, so reaching out to her after a win felt natural; this angel was in complete amazement and happiness, moving through a warm crowd of well-wishers.
“There was no snub of any sort; had she seen KJ wanting to congratulate her, she would have fully given her the time and space.” Simply put, take a pause and let a gal appreciate her successes!”

And what an accomplishment it is for Moore, who delivered an emotionally moving acceptance speech after winning the Golden Globe.
“Thirty years ago, a producer told me that I was a popcorn actress, and at the time, I took it to mean that this [award] was not something I could have,” said the Ghost actor.
“I believed that I could make popular and profitable films without receiving recognition.”
“That corroded me over time, to the point where I thought a few years ago that maybe this was it. Maybe I was complete. Maybe I had already done what I was supposed to do.”
However, when the ‘totally insane screenplay’ for The Substance arrived on her desk, Moore felt as if the world was telling her she wasn’t ‘done’.
“I’ll leave you with one idea that I believe this film is conveying,” she concluded. When we don’t believe we’re clever enough, attractive enough, slender enough, successful enough, or just not enough, a woman told me, “Just know, you will never be enough, but you can know the value of your worth if you just put down the measuring stick.”
Today, I celebrate this as a symbol of my completeness, the love that propels me, the gift of doing what I love, and the reminder that I do belong.
