The musical great discussed his health ahead of a new documentary on his life and career.John, 77, has experienced several health issues over the years, including having both knees and one hip replaced.
One of the treatments John received after a fall caused a delay in his 2021 farewell tour.
The new film follows the renowned artist on his final tour, including a conversation in the locker room at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
He speaks before the event, 47 years after his debut performance in front of a crowd of 110,000 people.

Reflecting, he says, “It’s quite tiring. I’m used to it. Though familiar, this is when you start to think about your mortality.
Looking around at the backstage equipment, the celebrity remarks, “I wonder what will happen to all of this gear when I finish? This is the later part of my life.” I am not sure how much time I have left. ” As you get older, you start to think about it more. You ponder about life and death. You think, “I just want to be where I am right now.”
John has taken a break from touring.
He remarked, “I won’t have to work after this. I’ll work, make music, and put together radio shows, but traveling exhausts you.

“It is quite tiresome. I’m used to it. Though familiar, this is when you start to think about your mortality.
John has had a variety of health issues over the years, and he has had various items removed or replaced.
He stated, “I do not have tonsils, adenoids, or an appendix. I do not have a prostate. I do not have a right hip, left knee, or right knee.
The only remaining part of my body is my left hip. But I am still here. I’m grateful to everyone who helped create me.
