Eva Mendes said that she and Ryan Gosling don’t allow their children to access the internet, but she admits it may get…

Mendes, 49, began dating the 42-year-old Barbie star in 2011, shortly after they co-starred in The Place Beyond the Pines.

Since then, the couple has had two daughters: Esmeralda Amada, 8, and Amada Lee, 7.

And, in a recent Instagram post, the mother of two revealed their parenting philosophy, saying that the children are kept away from social media and the internet in general.

Mendes quipped, “When my kids ask me if they’re old enough to go on the internet, social media, or anything requiring wifi,” accompanying a crying-laughing emoji while sharing a video of herself shaking her head and waving her hands in displeasure.

Fellow parents mostly appreciated the message, with one saying, “I totally agree with this great parenting mama!”

“Agreed,” replied another. My son didn’t get a phone until he was 14, and he didn’t get social media until he was 17.

“Too much comparison and believing that other people’s lives are perfect when they are not.” Is causing these kids mental problems.”

A third said, “I don’t think it’s safe for anyone’s mental health anymore.” Too much hatred to bear”

Mendes also went into further depth with fans, saying, “I’m just sharing what I feel now, but I know it’s going to get harder as they get older.”

And when a fan responded, “We are in the internet century, so eventually everyone will need or want to access the internet, sorry,” he was responding to a fan.

“Yes, true,” Mendes said, “but in my house, children do not have access to the internet.” It’s far too risky. In my opinion, the internet, like drinking, voting, or earning a driver’s license (etc.), is not permitted for youngsters. “In particular, social media.”

Mendes recently revealed her rather down-to-earth vacation plans after revealing she had hoped for an ‘easy summer’.

“So this summer was supposed to be easy,” she remarked on her Instagram Stories. ‘Bring boredom back,’ I said.

“But, as you know, things happen, and the kids want to take certain classes and do certain things.” So now I’m simply a driver. A water girl and a chauffeur Because it’s hot, I bring them water.”

It’s good to see that even A-list parents don’t avoid undertaking taxi duty for their children.
