Famous American singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert shocked the internet after stopping her performance at one of her Las Vegas residency concerts to scold a few fans.VIDEO

The well-known American singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert, 39, stunned the internet on Saturday night when she interrupted one of her residency performances in Las Vegas to reprimand a few of the audience members. The country music performer and guitarist was just getting into her 2016 smash single “Tin Man” when she told her band to stop playing.

Because several young women in the front row were attempting to take pictures while she was performing, Lambert had to stop singing the song. The outspoken singer then continued to tell the women just what she thought.

The 39-year-old was annoyed because audience members were more focused on taking pictures than actually listening to her songs. She said, irritably,

Sorry, I’m going to stop right now for a moment. I’m becoming a little annoyed with it. Sorry, but I absolutely dislike it. Tonight, we’re here to listen to some country music, and I’ll be singing part of it.

The day after the event, a Lambert supporter shared a video of the incident on their Twitter page. Since then, the tweet has received 1.3 million views, 550 likes, 361 quotations, 45 retweets, and 98 bookmarks.

As it circulated on other social media sites, the video was also posted on TikTok. Some fans even decided to leave the concert before it ended as a result of the incident.

Numerous individuals were upset with how the “Mama’s Broken Heart” singer responded when they watched the video of Lambert calling her fans out. Many people criticized her for being unreasonable and called her cruel for what she did, believing that she was being insensitive and unpleasant. Lambert is under criticism as a result of the negative feedback she has received, but she has not yet responded or spoken on the matter.

Those who thought the brilliant singer was being unjust made a statement about how often it is for fans to want to snap photos at performances in order to remember the occasion. One person on Twitter said, Perhaps she should have issued a broad request asking fans not to snap photographs throughout the song. Phones are permitted; they paid to see her, so perhaps don’t make them feel bad. Even if it wasn’t her aim, Miranda just comes across as mean-spirited in this situation.

Regarding what Lambert had done to her followers, another user on Twitter expressed some extremely strong emotions. The lady complained about how the country singer had the guts to mistreat her fans, who were ostensibly in the VIP area. She continues by saying that the women who were reprimanded for snapping the photo had paid a lot of money to watch the performer.

She agrees with the other Twitter user that it was perfectly OK for the fans to take pictures of themselves enjoying the event on their phones. She mentions in her final tweet that Lambert has never been someone who makes her feel good about herself. Nicole Gerl, who termed Lambert unpleasant and claimed to have lost a great deal of respect for her, expressed a similar dislike for Lambert.

A Twitter user tweeted the Instagram image of the woman Lambert had been criticizing among the stream of comments criticizing her for what she had done. The image and accompanying text suggest that the fans genuinely intended to include Lambert in the shot to demonstrate whose performance they were enjoying themselves:

These are the two photos that were being taken at the time Miranda Lambert asked us to stop and take a seat during her performance.

Although the majority believe that Lambert’s actions were completely inappropriate, some of her fans have sided with the musician. Some people said they would have found the women annoying as well, claiming that when one buys a concert ticket to see an artist they admire, they should give the singer and the singer alone their complete attention.
