Fans are outraged after Karoline Leavitt reacted aggressively to veteran MSNBC presenter Nicolle Wallace, but after the explanation was revealed, no one questioned it again.

Karoline Leavitt slammed MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace for associating a young cancer survivor with the January 6 Capitol violence.

During his speech to Congress on Tuesday night, Donald Trump recognized 13-year-old Devarjaye ‘DJ’ Daniel, who was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2018, as an honorary Secret Service agent.

However, the president’s efforts were swiftly attacked, as Wallace, 53, turned the kind gesture into a negative by delivering a series of scathing remarks.

‘I hope he lives for another 95 years and lives the life he wants to live,’ the MSNBC presenter said. He wants to be a cop; he understands what he wants to do, and maybe when you have childhood cancer, it crystallizes for you,” she said, before turning to the tragic Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

‘I hope he has a long life as a law enforcement officer, but I hope he never has to defend the United States Capitol against Donald Trump’s followers, and if he does, I pray he isn’t one of the six who commit themselves,’ she said.

Wallace also stated during the broadcast that she hopes Daniel does not have to ‘testify against the folks who carried out crimes of seditious conspiracy and then live to see Donald Trump pardon those people.’

The White House Press Secretary, in particular, swiftly criticized the MSNBC anchor’s spiteful comment online.

During her Wednesday news briefing, Leavitt, 27, claimed Democratic lawmakers and mainstream media personalities ‘let their Trump Derangement Syndrome stop them from honoring America.’

‘The mainstream media still doesn’t understand it. Last night, MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace disgustingly linked a 13-year-old child with brain cancer to an attack on the president on January 6,’ Leavitt stated.

The White House official then went after CNN, claiming the cable channel called the president’s speech ‘divisive’ on national television.

‘President Trump was not divisive. The Democrats were proven wrong by their own viewers, with 69 percent saying they had a good reaction to the president’s speech in a post-speech survey, according to Leavitt.

Just seconds later, she pulled out a printed copy of a CBS News/YouGov survey, which she claims was given to her by the President, showing that 76 percent of Americans ‘approved’ of the address.

Wallace returned on the air on Wednesday but failed to address rising calls for her dismissal.

During her piece, a remorseless Wallace proceeded to criticize President Trump, ignoring the strong response she got.

However, the 53-year-old anchor was not the only one on MSNBC who criticized the president’s address.

Rachel Maddow, 51, claimed it was ‘disgusting’ that Trump praised Daniel, while ‘Morning Joe’ co-host Joe Scarborough said the address was filled with so much rubbish.’

‘For the record, and this is horrible, the president made a spectacle of applauding a young man who has so far survived childhood cancer, as if the president had anything to do with it,’ she added.

However, although neither the network nor Wallace has issued a comment over her offensive statements, fans are out for blood.

‘@MSNBC, fire Nicole Wallace!!!’ One user said, while another added, “Nicolle Wallace is a twisted and hateful demon.” MSNBC should fire her.

‘This girl on MSNBC (Nicolle Wallace) ought to be fired for expressing she hopes a 13-year-old cancer sufferer does not commit suicide,’ wrote another. ‘Like, WTF?’

‘I call for the termination of Nicolle Wallace,’ stated someone else, a stance mirrored by at least hundreds of others, the majority of whom lean right.

One commenter remarked, ‘This is the most horrible thing I’ve heard shouted from someone’s mouth,’ adding, ‘Leave the kids alone!’

The 13-year-old had 13 surgeries before the age of 12 to treat a rare brain and spine cancer that has no cure.

He is attempting to get sworn into as many law enforcement agencies as possible while he and his family work to raise awareness about his disease.

In 2018, doctors told him he would likely only have five months left.

Held up by his father for the heartbreaking Tuesday night moment, the cancer-stricken boy received his badge from Director Sean Curran as Republicans in the House gallery yelled his nickname, ‘DJ.’

‘He has always wanted to be a police officer,’ Trump remarked. “But in 2018, DJ was diagnosed with brain cancer.”

Trump made a youngster fighting brain cancer an honorary Secret Service agent.

‘The doctors gave him at most five months to live. That occurred more than six years ago. Since that moment, DJ and his dad have been on a journey to make his fantasy come true.’

‘And tonight, DJ, we’re going to give you the highest accolade of all.’

Childhood cancer is still rare in the United States, with around 15,000 children diagnosed each year.

Cases of pediatric cancer have increased recently, but therapies have improved, resulting in fewer fatalities from the disease.

‘Our objective is to remove toxins from our surroundings, poisons from our food supply, and keep our children healthy and robust,’ he stated.
