David Hasselhoff has paid respect to his former wife and fellow Baywatch star Pamela Bach, who died at 62.
Los Angeles investigators found Bach dead in her Hollywood Hills home on March 5.
The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office stated that the actress committed suicide, according to the BBC.
Her two children, Hayley, 32, and Taylor, 34, whom she shares with Hasselhoff, survive the movie star from Oklahoma.
Hasselhoff expressed his sadness for Bach’s passing in a brief message.
It says, “Our family is very devastated by the tragic demise of Pamela Hasselhoff.

“We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time, but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate this challenging time.”
She met the 72-year-old actor on the set of his blockbuster program Knight Rider in 1985, when he played Michael Knight in the criminal thriller series.
Bach and Hasselhoff married a few years later, in December 1989.
They had two kids before the Baywatch stars separated in 2006.
Hasselhoff finalized their divorce in August of that year, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause.
He and Bach each received custody of one of their children until Hasselhoff was granted custody of both.
Daughter Hayley posted a photo of her parents on Instagram with a white star in homage to her late mother.
During her career, Bach also appeared in the CBS program The Young and the Restless, where Hasselhoff first earned notoriety as Dr. Snapper Foster.

The actress also appeared in Cheers, The Fall Guy, T.J. Hooker, Superboy, and Viper.
Bach had uploaded a social media message on New Year’s Eve expressing her excitement for the year ahead.
She expressed her desire to see her granddaughter, London, ‘grow,’ saying, “Seeing her smile light up my world is truly the greatest blessing.”
The message continued, “May 2025 bring you lovely moments, joy, and all the blessings your hearts can contain.
“Here’s to a year of making cherished memories, spreading joy, and embracing every precious moment!”
