Goldie Hawn didn’t hesitate to emphasize a cornerstone of her relationship with her husband Kurt Russell while speaking at a charity event last week.
While everyone offers relationship advice, if the individual in issue has been with their spouse for decades, it may be worthwhile to listen.
Actress Goldie Hawn has been with actor Kurt Russell for nearly 40 years and has revealed one of the primary reasons why the relationship has endured.
Last week, the actress gave some basic advice at the Goldie Hawn Foundation charity event in Los Angeles at MindU.

The actress noted how crucial it was to guarantee a relationship could withstand the test of time, which, to be honest, makes perfect sense.
She stated candidly, “You must have good sex.” Sex links people and fosters a sense of belonging.
“People who have healthy sexual relationships usually last a lot longer.”
But, lest you assume the 78-year-old actress is simply one-track-minded, she stressed that the act itself isn’t the most important thing, but rather the ‘warmth and closeness’.
She also mentioned that there were other parts to a long-term and successful relationship than the bedroom.
“You have to be nice to each other on occasion,” she humorously said.
“You don’t think the same oftentimes. Accepting this fact is important, but it’s equally important to evaluate whether we’re enjoying ourselves or if it’s something we want to do. Do we share some moments of laughter together? You don’t need to disclose everything. I believe we have high expectations for partnerships, but you must like the individual. That is really essential.”

Although this advice may not be groundbreaking, one can disregard it occasionally, and Hawn is likely to have a solid understanding of the subject.
The actress has been dating Kurt Russell since 1983, when they reconnected while filming the film Swing Shift.
While Hawn is rather helpful with dating counsel, Russell appears to be a touch more restrained.
In an interview with US weekly, he stated, “I am the last person in the world who believes I should provide counsel to anyone. It’s just day-to-day.
Speaking about his other half, he stated, “She is always my priority. We are ‘of the moment’ people. We merely say, “What do you feel like?” What would you like to do? “Do you want to watch anything?”
