Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart look fabulous holding hands on the red carpet at the “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” premiere

It’s been nearly a decade since Harrison Ford wore the hat and cracked the bullwhip on the big screen as Indiana Jones, but the 80-year-old actor is returning for filmmaker James Mangold’s “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.”

The sequel takes place during the 1960s space race, with Indy competing against a former Nazi scientist, Jürgen Voller (Mads Mikkelsen), who now works for NASA. Ford is joined by “Raiders of the Lost Ark” veteran John Rhys-Davies as Salah and Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Indy’s goddaughter Helena Shaw.

The Disney film had its big Los Angeles premiere Wednesday evening, with the cast in attendance, ahead of its June 30 release date, and Ford took his wife, actress Calista Flockhart, along for a red-carpet date night.

The two were all smiles as they posed for photographs on the red carpet, with the “Star Wars” and “Blade Runner” stars donning a sophisticated black suits and Flockhart sporting a black-and-gold ensemble.

Ke Huy Quan abruptly interrupted their date night by hugging Ford after briefly dancing behind him in an interview.

Quan is best known as Short Round in “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom,” and he just received an Oscar for his role in “Everything, Everywhere, All at Once.”

Flockhart and Ford have been married since 2002 and have a son, Liam.

Flockhart adopted Liam in 2001, just before she began dating Ford, and the “Indiana Jones” actor adopted him after their marriage in 2010.

“I’ve got five kids in total, so it’s not my first rodeo,” Ford told The Independent at the time. Yes, I’m getting older, but I don’t really relate to it. It’s not something I want to think about.”

“I have a 9-year-old child at home,” he continued. I’m feeling like the parent of a nine-year-old child. My older kids have taught me so much about parenting. My first child was born when I was 25 years old. “I think I’m getting better at it.”
