Julia Roberts is ready to leave her San Francisco home.
The actress, 55, advertised her historic Edwardian-style property for $11.75 million last week, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The sale of the 1907 property is officially pending, according to real estate websites like Zillow.
According to the publication, Roberts paid $8.3 million for it in January 2020.
The home, which is located in the Presidio Heights area, has five stories, four full baths, and five bedrooms. Residents may enjoy magnificent views of San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge as a backdrop from their balconies.
The 6,315-square-foot home is also close to the Presidio, a national park that was previously a United States Army installation. The listing is presently held by Tania Toubba of Sotheby’s International Realty.
People have reached out to the listing agent and Roberts for comment but have yet to hear back.

According to the advertisement, a gated gate greets inhabitants and takes them through the brick entry court. Upon entering the residence, a living space with a wood-burning fireplace and built-in shelving provides a warm environment.
The huge kitchen features a wide central island covered with marble as well as bar stool seating. The kitchen also has a separate seating area and a breakfast nook with a tiled fireplace.

The principal bedroom on the third floor has its own seating space, dressing room, and balcony with views of the bridge. With a freestanding tub and vanity area, the spacious ensuite bathroom provides the ultimate in leisure.
According to the ad, the lower floor of the property has an area that may be used as a leisure room or home gym. It opens immediately onto the verdant garden, which includes a terrace and hot tub.
