Hope was just 2 ounces, or less than two pounds, when she was born in Quebec, Canada. Rodney Mclean was saddened to learn that Hope had dwarfism and wouldn’t survive more than 48 hours after the vets informed him of this.

But what started out as a horrific situation has evolved into one amazing little survivor! She has not only overcome her initially weakened health, but she has also started to mature.

Hope has grown into a stunning little dog who weighs 11 ounces after a year. She can grow to be a 13-pound adult dog.

Rodney talks about the unique treatment plan he has been giving Hope. The little child wants to play and have fun all day long since she thinks she is just a typical puppy. To ensure that she can securely play with her jingling ball, Rodney places her inside an enclosure.

She may be little, but she exudes vitality and has the most varied personality. Rodney deserves praise for the superb care he provided for this precious little miracle. Hope, a gorgeous puppy, is now known as the tiniest dog in the entire world! We hope she remains well and content for a very long time.
