It took only a few seconds to make all the judges hit their buttons

In a world filled with talented individuals, Charlie Luske stands out as one of them. When he graced the stage of The Voice Holland, his jaw-dropping blind audition left everyone in awe.

For his debut performance on the show, Charlie chose to sing “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World” by James Brown. The judges were taken aback, so captivated by his rendition that they pressed their buzzers before he even completed the first line.

Originally recorded on February 16th, 1966, the song, credited to James Brown and Betty Jean Newsome, was released as a single later that year. It soared to No. 1 on the Billboard R&B Chart and No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The title of the song cleverly references the 1963 comedy movie “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.” Despite being a challenging piece to perform, Charlie did justice to this iconic song.

Charlie Luske is a well-known figure in Holland, not only for his singing prowess but also for his roles as an actor and TV presenter. Encouraged by his father, he began voice lessons at the age of 12, and the results speak for themselves. Making it to the semifinals, Charlie went on to produce his own single, “Nobody’s Guy.” His brilliance shines through in every aspect of his artistry.
