Choir performances are a common feature of talent events.
However, the performance of the group “Only Boys Aloud” on the stage of Britain’s Got Talent was truly remarkable.
This 133-member all-boys choir from the South Wales Valleys wowed the crowd and judges, producing a moment to remember for years.
The group, comprising young males aged 16 to 19, originates from a region plagued by economic difficulties and limited opportunities.

“Only Boys Aloud” is more than simply a choir, led by its passionate and inspiring leader, Tim Rhys-Evans.
Tim said, “We set up Only Boys Aloud not only to sing but to do something positive with their lives.”
Tim serves as both a conductor and a mentor to the lads.
He encourages students to follow their aspirations and trust in their abilities.
Participating in the choir allows these young men to connect with their ancestry while also growing as individuals.
