Meghan Trainor has been updating her followers on her health and fitness journey.
Trainor, 31, claimed she is “trying all the things” when discussing her physical transformation at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event on Saturday, March 29, adding that “science is the secret” to her new look.
“I learned many tricks that I had no idea [about],” the singer told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet. “I had been working out wrong for a long time. I was running and doing exercise, but my body was always irritated.
The “Whoops” singer revealed that she is presently attempting to “biohack” her body to slow down the process of aging.
“So anything that’ll help me age backward, I’m into it,” Trainor told ET. “I recently learned about NADs [food supplement capsules]. I was like, ‘Make me Hailey Bieber; I’ll do anything, and I’ll take it.’ I’m trying everything.” I enjoy having a doctor explain things to me.”
Trainor looked stunning at the Billboard event on Saturday, dressed in Sami Miro Vintage’s tight black dress with a long transparent skirt. The singer, who received the hitmaker award during the ceremony, later shared photographs on Instagram of her enthusiasm over her outfit.
“I felt like a genuine princess last night! Thank you, @billboard, for the privilege of being your hitmaker. I am nothing without the strong, bright, and badass women on my teams. The mother of two penned the caption.
Trainor previously discussed how she transformed her figure through weightlifting when speaking on Today in December 2024. She stated that she began lifting after understanding she could be “stronger” and that her sons, Riley, 4, and Barry, 20 months, visit her after each session.
Trainor also underwent breast augmentation in early 2025, choosing the Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonomix 290 micro-implants, saying to PEOPLE at the time that she had been thinking about it since her teens. The “All About That Bass” singer described it as “the best decision I’ve ever made.”
“I have never been more comfortable in my body,” she told me. “Maybe it’s because I’m in my thirties. I’ve been seeing a therapist for a long time, hoping to rewire my brain to love myself more. ” It’s an ongoing process…”
“I have observed that my new breasts are significantly enhancing my confidence,” she stated.
