The pair got married in 1988 after first becoming together in 1985 while filming for “Family Ties.”

Michael J. Fox honors his spouse, Tracy Pollan!

On Saturday, June 22, the 63-year-old star of Back to the Future sent his wife a love message on Instagram to commemorate her 64th birthday.

Fox kindly captioned his photo, saying, “In every beautiful way, it’s Tracy’s beautiful day.” “Today is going to be amazing, and I love you.” With so much love, Mike, you will always be mine. Greetings on your birthday. Today is going to be fantastic.❤️.

The actor began his post with a monochrome image of his wife, who looked glamorous in a black tank top and had her hair done in loose curls.

A second photo showed Pollan and Fox sitting side by side while spending time outside. They wore dark sunglasses, and one held the other’s arm around them.

The couple first came together during the filming of Family Ties in 1985, and they were married in 1988. Sam Michael, 34; their son; twin daughters Aquinnah Kathleen and Schuyler Frances, 28; and daughter Esmé Annabelle, 21 years old, are their shared children.

Pollan has been a consistent supporter of Fox over the years, even after the latter’s film Still: A Michael J. Fox Story took home the best documentary prize at the January National Board of Review Gala.

Alongside celebrities like Sheryl Crow, Little Big Town, and Jason Isbell, she also showed up to support him at the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s A Country Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson’s event in early April.

Fox told people that he and Pollan “make it up” as they go along in response to questions about how they maintain their marriage and whether they adhere to any rules.

“Being married for 35 years is interesting,” Fox remarked. Yes. I mean, it is a joke when you say things like, “I have been married for 35 years, and it has been the best 35 years of my life.” Give that some thought.”

“It’s great to have someone who knows you in a certain way as a partner, especially in a world where everyone believes they know you,” he continued. You truly only know one person.”

During an event in March 2023, Fox also gave his wife credit for her hard work in keeping their family together, adding, “Tracy provides our family with all they need. All our family’s goodness and accomplishments come from her.”
