Nicole Kidman and her husband, Keith Urban, are celebrating their 17th wedding anniversary. Their love story is inspiring…

Nicole Kidman, a multifaceted actress, and her musician husband, Keith Urban, recently celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary. In celebration of this historic event, the pair paid homage on Instagram.

Kidman and Urban honored their wedding anniversary with a romantic photo of the couple gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes, captioned “Happy anniversary, my love.”

In addition to being a fantastic husband, the actress shared a snapshot on Instagram of Urban playing the role of an adoring father while swimming with one of their children.

In a sweet Father’s Day tribute, Kidman wrote on Instagram that her husband was the “coolest dad there is” and that she and their daughters adored and cherished him.

However, Kidman was previously married to Tom Cruise for a long time before falling in love with Urban. Their relationship ended abruptly, causing Kidman a tremendous deal of mental grief.

Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise were one of Hollywood’s most powerful couples. The star of “Top Gun” cast Kidman in one of his films, “Days of Thunder,” and she fell in love with him right away. “I was totally smitten—I fell madly, passionately in love,” Kidman confessed.

From that point forward, the love whirlwind gained velocity. According to the “Big Little Liars” actress, they cut themselves off from the outside world, continued to live in their insular village, and formed an unhealthy reliance on one another.

They married in 1990, and after ten years of marriage, they broke the hearts of many fans when they announced their divorce. In 1990, Cruise and Kidman married. The couple had recently celebrated their tenth anniversary and were about to renew their wedding vows when they received the news.

But two months after the couple had celebrated their wedding with friends and family, Cruise shocked Kidman with the news of their divorce. The star of “The Undoing” was as surprised as the audience since, only a few weeks earlier, everything seemed to be going swimmingly. “I thought our life together was perfect,” the actress admitted.

Furthermore, the “Mission Impossible” star did not reveal much about the cause of his and his wife’s divorce: “Nic knows why,” he said.

Furthermore, the couple had two failed pregnancies. Kidman has stated that she suffered an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage during their relationship, both of which occurred early on.

After her ectopic pregnancy, Kidman was given a bleak prognosis for her ability to conceive. The entire event was traumatic for the actress, but while she was still trying to make sense of the loss of two pregnancies, the divorce added to an already tough situation. It took me a long time to recover from it. “It came as a complete surprise to my body,” she explained.

The actress tried everything she could to keep her marriage together, but Cruise was unimpressed. In 2001, he filed for divorce, thereby destroying any hope of their remaining together. Despite the fact that Cruise and Kidman did not have biological children together, they did offer their hearts and homes to two children via adoption. They received their daughter Isabella in 1992 and their son Connor in 1995.

Kidman was heartbroken, but she never gave up hope that all would work out in the end. “Whatever is meant to be is meant to be. Everything, she replied, was in God’s hands. When the actress and the man she would ultimately marry, Urban, met at a party in Los Angeles in 2005, she finally found the happiness she had been looking for her entire life.

Kidman has described her husband as a caring and protective guy who has made her feel comfortable. When they fell in love, their connection became inseparable. The happy couple was married in Sydney in 2006.

After marrying, the pair opted to raise their family in Nashville, which Kidman initially mistook for a rural location. During their first year of marriage, they relocated to a remote region and purchased a huge gray home replete with a swimming pool, tennis court, and movie theater.

When their first child, Sunday, was born in 2008, Nashville became a special place for the family. Given that Kidman had been told that having children was not in her destiny, the news that she was carrying a child was a significant turning point in her life. The actress called the occurrence a “miracle” in her statement.

Kidman has stated that she is open to discussing her pregnancy at the age of 40, despite the fact that it was a difficult experience for her. She wishes to reassure other women who have gone through similar experiences that they are not alone.

“Having my baby has been a healing experience,” Kidman commented after her first child was born. After another two years, the couple chose to extend their family by having their second daughter, Faith, born through surrogacy.

Kidman discovered new joys and pastimes after becoming a family. When she wasn’t making movies, you might find her hosting weekly play dates for parents and their children.

Kidman’s children’s maturation has refocused her interest on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and extending her life. She went on to say that because she already had an older child, “I want to be able to take care of them… It will become an important aspect of your life when you get older and have children.

Regardless, the actress shows no signs of slowing down. She continues to work hard, appears in movies, and is routinely acknowledged as one of Hollywood’s most accomplished performers, all while being a caring mother and supportive wife.
