Oasis have been ordered to ‘remain quiet’ ahead of their US tour, which begins in Chicago later this month.
While it would be objectively amusing, if possibly sad for those who had purchased tickets, if the two brothers simply did not sing a single word during their whole tour of the United States, their warning is more political than musical.
Following a tremendously successful UK reunion tour, Noel and Liam will go to the United States and Mexico before returning to London at Wembley at the end of September, with further plans to visit Japan, Australia, and Brazil, among other places.

They’ve already delivered moments that have been controversial, iconic, and everything in between, with one superfan cancelling her ticket after Liam used a racially offensive slur online, and the local council in Manchester was forced to take action as thousands flocked to Gallagher Hill in the hopes of catching the concert without the golden ticket.
However, America is one of the world’s most heated political hotbeds, and given their recent comments about the 45th and 47th presidents, the duo has now received a warning to remain silent about Donald Trump.
Liam previously referred to the President as a ‘ddick,’ while Noel expressed alarm over Trump’s environmental plans, calling them ‘very fucking terrifying.’
And, given that the 79-year-old’s return to the White House has been fraught with controversy, including his crackdown on immigration, tariffs that nearly sparked a global trade war, and the bombing of Iran, it wouldn’t be surprising if either brother took aim at Trump during their upcoming appearances.

Jonathan Shalit, a prominent entertainment manager, stated, “My advice to Oasis is simple: stay out of American politics. If they want their U.S. trip to go smoothly, they should remain silent on anything Trump.”
Jonathan is unaware that this will likely inspire Liam and Noel to think freely and say something that could get them into trouble, but the Manchester brothers will not share the stage with Trump as the Chelsea squad did after their Club World Cup victory, which left star player Cole Palmer confused.
Given the president’s outrage over his portrayal on South Park, it’s clear that he’d prefer to avoid any further political commentary from a band as influential as Oasis, but when they do say something, they’ll probably just tell the president to Roll With It and Stop Crying Your Heart Out.
