Admittedly, identifying the great white shark in this shot is challenging, especially when you give a tip as to where it is.
Having exceptional eyes is undoubtedly something to brag about, but if you can swiftly spot the danger in this one shot, you might need to consider changing careers.
Reddit users recently shared a bird’s-eye view photo of a boat, surfers, and a great white shark, and commenters praised themselves for spotting the shark.
This is a game that has long been played on social media, and it is so popular on Reddit that it has its own subreddit, “Find the Sniper.”
So, as you might expect, if you can see it quickly and readily, you may have sniper vision,’ and your country may require your keen eyes.
The tweet challenged people to locate the magnificent white shark and captioned the image: “Shark attacks are increasing in Australia.” Technology is helping to stop them.”
The shark’s location is not immediately clear, which adds to the challenge; also, the water waves make it difficult for even the sharpest eyes to identify the shark.
Could you see it?
Some people said it wasn’t hard, but those who are suffering, like me, may have lied about how easy it was. Yup. That seems pleasing to me.
One Reddit user commented, “I found the Great White; it took me a few seconds. I had to stare in the same location a few times to make sure that’s what I was seeing, and I was right.” This one was fun!
Another person commented, “This was unsettling; the ocean is so gorgeously terrifying.”
The third statement reads, “I grew up in Florida and flew over Ponce Inlet frequently. “I noticed this almost immediately.”
Another user mentioned their personal experiences with sharks approaching near surfers.
They stated, “We have kids who cruise our coast. Bites are sporadic and generally occur during elephant seal pup season, when residents are mistaken for surfers. aren’t overweight enough to deal with.
“Gotta love the ocean’s top predators.” The other predators off our local coasts are the Biggs Orcas, who are knowledgeable enough to know better.
Personally, I see no danger in trying to find the shark; I’ll simply remain out of the water. Those who are brave enough can locate the shark at the top of the photo, above the boat, and slightly to the left.
