School bus full of children makes a brief halt to brighten Grandma’s day. VIDEO

Small things can occasionally brighten someone’s day. Every day in the late afternoon, when the school bus arrives from the opposite direction, one grandma has that moment.

Sandy Reichart, a retired teacher, recorded the common incident on video and shared it on Instagram with the remark, “Up at my mom’s again today. This happens every time the elementary school bus comes by her house. This makes my mother’s day.

If you look closely, you may see some of the youngsters raising their windows to greet you. And when they drive by her yard, Grandma makes sure she is there to greet them.

It’s tough not to grin when you see so much joy in such a short period of time. Everyone gets in on the act, including the bus driver, who honks as they pass.

This small conversation teaches us something. Even taking a few moments out of your day to say hello may make a major difference in someone’s life.

These youngsters and their mothers can teach us a thing or two. Kindness breeds kindness. Those youngsters brighten their grandmother’s and their own days by taking a few seconds to wave to her.

Spend some time during the day making someone else happy. Do everything it is feasible for you to do. It doesn’t have to take long, but it might be the deciding factor for someone else.
