Scott Wolf obtained a restraining order against Kelley Wolf during their contentious divorce. Some sources confirm that the 57-year-old Party of Five alum filed a declaration as part of his request for the restraining order on Tuesday, June 24, in Utah. His brother, Michael Wolf, also made a statement.

Divorce documents are sealed in Utah, the state where the restraining order was issued. The hearing was scheduled for July 1. The restraining order against Kelley was issued after she was released from an involuntary 5150 hold at a Utah hospital, after she was hauled in by officials on June 13. In an Instagram post from Monday, June 23, she assured, “I’m wonderful, y’all. I’m pleased.”
“N mental illnesses. She wrote, “No addictions.” “Just a woman who survived an involuntary 5150 and went on her first two-night date. So anxious! OMG!”
She also stated that her sense of humor is “intact” following the 5150 hold, which is “a critical intervention used to detain individuals who are considered a danger to themselves or others or are gravely disabled due to a mental disorder,” according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Kelley, 48, also stated that she had contacted suicide hotlines. “I had my heart shattered and my body bruised 20 years ago,” yet I’m still kicking!! Hello, 😂.”
She asked her fans, “Can I finally take another nap?” Before adding, “I’m on vacation for the first time in [sic].”
“In other words, I’m alive. I’m not silent anymore.” And the show is just getting started,” she explained. Some media outlets earlier stated that Kelley’s companion phoned 911 about her “escalating mental health crisis” before she was hospitalized.
In dispatch audio of the 911 call, the buddy (whose name was deleted) requested that a “mental health team” be dispatched to the Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah, where Kelley was staying.
The caller described the author and public speaker as “very skittish” and “very anti-getting help,” adding that they believed “a team needs to go and insist that she get help.”
“I do not think she will cooperate,” the buddy continued. “I mean, we’ve been trying to get her to get some help for weeks to months.”
Kelley announced her separation from Scott after 21 years together in an Instagram post on June 10.
“It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,” she said in an email. “This has been a long, quiet journey for me, rooted in hope, patience, and concern for our children.” While I will not discuss the specifics publicly, I am at peace knowing that I have done everything possible to travel this path with honesty and compassion.
