Ellada took charge of her life and transformed from being overweight to becoming a fitness instructor, guiding others on their journey to fitness. As a young mother, she struggled with weight issues since childhood, initially attributing it to her genes. However, she decided to take bold steps, embracing a strict diet that led to her shedding excess weight and achieving a healthy 50 kg.

Her commitment extended beyond weight loss, as Ellada developed a keen interest in fitness and eventually became a certified exercise instructor. Despite her achievements, she faced a new challenge during pregnancy, experiencing rapid weight gain due to hormonal imbalances. Undeterred, Ellada returned to the gym when her daughter turned six months old.

Throughout her fitness journey, Ellada credits the support of her husband and instructor for her success. In the initial six months of training, she managed to shed 10 kg. It was when she incorporated dance exercises with martial arts movements that she witnessed significant progress, shedding another 10 kg. In a remarkable year and a half, Ellada successfully lost a total of 30 kg, bringing her overall weight loss to approximately 45 kg.

As a fitness teacher, she continues to pursue her goals, inspiring and assisting others, especially women, in achieving their desired body transformations. Ellada’s dedication and determination have not only empowered her but also positioned her as a source of motivation for those on a similar path to a healthier lifestyle.
